DO NOT SHOP HERE!! These people do not stand behind their equipment. They sold me a saw that was from when the store flooded. They told me there was nothing wrong with it. It seized within the first week even though the other 20 saws I had running are fine. They told me it was a fuel issue and not covered under warranty. Not one of my other saws has had an issue to this day. Not once did they call to update me and almost a year later I have a bucket of parts of which I paid $1600. SCAMMERS!!!
I was so impressed with the service I received today for my Ryobi chainsaw. The front end staff were excellent and the mechanic was outstanding. Ken had great customer service!
Honda lawnmower serviced and repaired. It works like new. Great job done.
So let me start off by saying this. I am not from here moved here two years ago. So I don’t know the places to go to when it comes to repairs so I have to gamble. I wouldn’t give this place of business my money. I dropped my mower off to them 5 weeks ago and have had to call them two times to get my own updates. Was told two weeks ago that the parts are on there way and should be done by the end of the week. That was two weeks ago called today to find out what is going on and there still waiting on parts.
