I was in the area and went into the 4th Ave store looking for a particular shoe. I normally shop at the Main St location. 4th Ave did not have it in stock. However, Anne-Marie took the time to call the other stores, located the shoe and ensured that the shoe would end up at the Main St store! She did this with such a friendly and not-a-bother attitude. I’ve visited both this shop and the larger Main Street location. While the Main Street store offers a much broader inventory and more physical space, this neighborhood spot still holds its own. The staff here are consistently friendly and helpful. During my last visit, I even saw a customer stop by specifically to thank the team for their help on a previous day. My wife and I were in Vancouver just visiting a few places and we saw this store which has a few popular brands that we noticed because we work in healthcare in Kirkland Washington.
