Wow!! Great retail experiences still exist. I went in for some expert advice on new shoes. I was in pain from a run yesterday and knew it was the shoes. Anna and Peter educated me on shoes, what I needed and helped me find the pair that would work for me. Anna went above and beyond and made sure I was looked after. I will be coming here again for all my running needs. Simply excellent!!
Peter and Todd are amazing! They were able to help me with a shoe problem I was experiencing with no issues at all! Cannot recommended this place enough.
Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had in a retail experience. Really liked the effort the male staff member went to explain different shoes and which ones would suit the purpose I intended them for as well as the shape of my foot. Also overheard the other staff member giving some really good specific advice to someone else. So much better than buying shoes online! (:
