I specifically chose this location because I had heard so many great things about the customer service here, and it is spot on. I’ve had so much trouble finding shoes that fit and are comfortable, and it’s been difficult to find anyone willing to take the time to help. I always thought there is a certain growing into a pair of shoes…. I was wrong. Just got my second pair and this one is even better than the last. Great staff and quite knowledgable. Give these guys a go. Your feet deserves to be in the right pair of shoes and these guys can help!

I was in the area and went into the 4th Ave store looking for a particular shoe. I normally shop at the Main St location. 4th Ave did not have it in stock. However, Anne-Marie took the time to call the other stores, located the shoe and ensured that the shoe would end up at the Main St store! She did this with such a friendly and not-a-bother attitude.
