I walked in about 20 minutes before closing, and no one made me feel like a burden at all. As soon as I entered, Turioko—a kind-spirited Japanese gentleman—approached me to see if I needed help. I described the type of shoes I was looking for (which wasn’t easy), and within seconds he brought me several pairs to try. He didn’t hesitate to go back and forth to find the right fit and size. I was very pleasantly surprised—and I’ve honestly never bought shoes so quickly. Kudos to him!
