Purchased 6 vape detectors for our school. Great product and very responsive customer service… (had to email about a technical issues, but they resolved it very quickly). I would definitely use them again for these and other products.
I purchased the yellow Basic Multigas unit with a pump as a gift for my son. It was opened and tested but he needed that Data Logging capabilities (blue unit). I contacted customer service and they graciously offered to exchange the opened product for the unit I needed just paying the difference. My son said the unit works well. He stated not as good as an MSA unit but he was satisfied with its operation and the data. Customer service was superb. That in of itself is priceless.
Purchased industrial sensors and they worked out great. The communication with the vendor was fast and they also helped with me get the right product for my requirements.
