Rude unprofessional lady who answers the phone, 5 days after coming in here for a DNA test, only to be told the samples got contaminated on the day they were to deliver test results.
I did a paternity test with this lab and had a very positive experience. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. I received the results quickly. I was very happy with the service.
