Management worked to resolve issues and was responsive to my needs.
We've been using Forensic Computers for over 10 years and have had nothing but great hardware, software and service. When there was an issue of a bad cable that was used in some of their units (to no fault of their own) I appreciated how they reached out to all the customers who purchased those machines to inform them of a possible defect and offer a free replacement.
