The staff is very caring and supportive. The food menu is nutritious and tasty. It’s clean and there are many activities each day for the residents. My Dad and I have been very happy with the care my mother has received so far.
Make sure you do your due diligence. Check out the licensing and past violations. Don't let their advertising fool you, the "retired" Doctor had his license revoked in the State of NY and California, for unprofessional practice, gross negligence. They do not keep their facility clean (violations), the staff there are aids, not properly trained as told to us by their own Med Tech, but you get what you pay for! Trish, our coordinator/advisor, helped us in so many ways. She was amazing when it came to following through whenever we needed her. What was amazingly astonishing is that she never let us down, even when she was due to have her expectant baby at any moment. I would recommend this venue to anyone having any event. Most of all, Trish and the staff were over the top with their professionalism and courtesy!!!! Thank you for helping us make our daughter's wedding everything she ever imagined.
Beautiful location for events. Amazing food and presentation. The staff is wonderful to work with.
