This could possibly be the worst rental experience imaginable. All of the experiences documented in all of the reviews from up to six years ago are exactly what happened to us. Not only did he keep the security deposit with questionable back up, he forced us out the beginning of the month with no proration for the rent. Buyer beware here, everything you read is correct. This guy is a slumlord with no regards for anyone but himself.
Agreed. Larry is terrible to deal with. When we moved in nothing had been moved out and his solution was to just give us a $100 for cleaning. He will take your entire security deposit claiming it is used to clean the house, and then he will just keep it and not actually clean the house. He frequently called us and told us to clean up things in the back yard that had been left there from previous tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM.
