Timely service, outstanding performance. These guys get it done when nobody else can.
Very poor customer service. I will never again buy a spare part from them, they overcharge for all their spare parts. They make it seem like they manufacture their spare parts but in reality they buy them from others. Do yourself a favor and find the manufacturer part number for the items you need and go directly to them. Its a poor business practice to overcharge on spare parts when they already have some of the most expensive machines on the market.
