This is the worst insurance company you can imagine.
Still can't access my account online because they're moving them to Farmers Insurance, which has been about 4 months already. Have to go to two different mechanic shops to get the damaged looked at for my brothers car because they wouldn't accept the bill from the other mechanic shop only the one they want you to go to.
Horrible Patrick eckles. They make decisions for the costumes with talking to the costumes. They have pic all paperwork over and over and nothing. Very upset the day of the fire was August 24 2024 .
Horrible company, horrible customer service. They sent me a check in the wrong name and refused to correct it because “the account is closed”
These guys have no customer care service. They don’t reply your messages or call. If you call they will put you on voicemail always. Then you will be waiting when they will call back. Sometimes they take 3-4 days to call back and sometimes they don’t call back.
