In my opinion, the person was indeed quite a jerk as other people have mentioned. He began to yell at me on the phone when we had an agreement then he went back on his agreement. They go by multiple company names so its misleading and confusing. I called the company to make sure they could do the work. They said yes. They then came over and didn't respond. I just found out my freezer and refrigerator were not working. I called in the afternoon and they were able to send out people to come with all the parts and fixed my fridge on the SAME DAY in less than 3 hours!!!!! I'm impressed. Now I think I work too freaking slow in my job
