Went there with an appointment, and had no issues. Friendly staff and doctors.
Had an appointment on Thursday afternoon, doctor was fine, nice and helpful. And I chose to have my prescription sent to a pharmacy close to home. And it's written on the appointment confirmation email too. Friday didn't get the prescription, Saturday nothing, tried to call the whole morning and they sent my prescription to some pharmacy far away. ☹️ I'm glad that my symptoms are mild not life threatening.

I will give 3 stars just because MOAs at the front are doing their best to deal with angry patients and they have no protection barrier at all. Otherwise will be 1. To the director of this clinic, please do your meeting regularly with your doctors and listen to their needs. I had an appointment today with Dr. Huang for a breast exam. He did not introduce himself I thought it was a nurse rooming me. I supposed to be there for a breast exam at 3:20 but I was get into the room 20 mins late. Dr Mathew is an awesome Doctor!!! He’s been my doc for many years and through several surgeries. Five Star in my opinion!!! New Westminster is fortunate to have him here.
