I brought my car in for a yet another regular service and again there were no surprises - just the same dependable, wonderful, efficient, friendly service. We took our vehicle in for an out-of-province inspection and an oil change. The level of customer service from the first phone to picking up the vehicle was top-notch! It is clear they care about the quality of service they provide and their customers.
Great experience from start to finish! Felt very well taken care of and informed through out the whole process. Very pleasant and professional folks!
I had a great experience at Foreman’s Integra Tire Auto Centre in Langley. I brought my RAV4 in for an oil change and inspection, and the team was professional, prompt, and finished the work on time. They explained what may need attention and provided photos to back up their recommendations. I appreciated the clear communication and the lack of pressure to add services. I’d happily return.
I got a popped tire on my way down to visit family in Langley. They were able to get me in that afternoon (so I wasn’t stranded) as it was a Friday afternoon. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend them to anyone. We are customers at the Kamloops Integra and even though they aren’t connected I was welcomed and treated like a long term customer.
