Estimator came and quoted $850 to replace a zone valve in my heating system. They asked for a deposit of 1/2 or $425. They said that they would order the parts and do the work within 2 weeks. They cashed my deposit check on the same day. They whited out the memo line which showed the work to be done. Have called and left messages for 3 days. No return call.

This company is a BIG SCAM! My AC went out and they were the first to respond to my inquiry. Of course. When I called to tell them what they did to “fix” my AC only lasted 8 hours I couldn’t get a call back. I’ve called 4 times requesting a call. Funny! It was 90+ degrees I was just desperate and unfortunately fell for them. They charged me $60 for a service charge was told my thermostat was the issue supposedly “fixed” that for $225 but then was told a coil was also broken and needed to be replaced which would now be an add... read more

Came to check out my boiler and replaced the aquastat. Then said that it was tripping safety sensors and never got it to work. Then tried to say I needed a new boiler. Had a different company come out yesterday and they said the aquastat was installed wrong. Said my boiler is old and doesn’t even have the safety sensors. And now my boiler is working just fine. This company doesn’t know what they are doing, wouldn’t come back out to fix it and tried to scam us.
