Didn't know the company had a new name but these new folks were super nice, both the lady that answered the phone and the man that came out for the repair!!

I had them scheduled to show up a week later called to confirm time the other person said they didn't have me down and they had no idea when they were be able to come out so obviously I went somewhere else very unreliable seems very unorganized.
