Efficient & knowledgeable.
Tried to gaslight me into thinking the contract that I agreed to said something else than it did when it was written in plain English. Tried to make me pay something that wasn't part of our contract, the closing documents, or part of the law in Indiana. Unless agreed upon, the seller is not required to transfer deposits to the buyer like they tried to force me to do. Responsibility for the deposits would have just remained with me for a year.
