I received a tire quote over the phone and arrived about 15 minutes later. I was helped immediately, the tire was repaired quickly, and they also checked and adjusted the tire pressure on all tires. The staff was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Great experience overall.
We drove 5,000 km from Montreal to Vancouver, and my husband felt our Lexus needed a check-up before driving another 5,000 km back, just to be safe. We found this repair shop online. After speaking with the front-desk lady, the mechanic identified some hidden issues — the tires were no longer safe for long-distance driving, and there were a few other things that needed timely maintenance. Brought a dealership car in here for a full inspection for only 130 and come to find there were quite a few issues with the car that the dealership never listed! The process was quick and thorough, report was clear, and the receptionist lady answered any questions I have had and was very respectful. 100% would recommend for full vehicle inspection!
