Nick is incredible. First off he is great at what he does - we had him work on our x1 and his attention to detail, communication, and kindness are something I've never experienced with an auto mechanic before. He sends videos of any issues he finds and the work he's doing. I will definitely be using Nick for all of my repair/installation needs moving forward.
Nick is a quick, kind communicator who answered all my questions through the repair and provided videos of the work done in progress. Would highly recommend for all Euro-style or Volkwagen servicing. Will definetly be going back for servicing and repairs going forward.
Nick is amazing, just came back to states and my mini still running great still so far.
Cannot say enough good things about Nick! Nick has serviced by Q7 twice now - both for semi major repairs. Audi dealership quoted me and arm and a leg for both - will be going to Nick from now on. So glad I found a trusted, reliable and responsive Audi mechanic!
