Poor follow through with tenants. Often have to send multiple emails and requests to get a response on basic assistance. Maybe it’s not realistic to expect timely responses as a tenant, but, I can imagine how that would be nice.

Found orange fluid under the front end of my car and took it in to inspect for a leak, based on a friend's recommendation. (They bring two vehicles here for services.) Ryan was helpful and no hassle, answered all my questions about drop-off, fees, etc., up front. Was going to leave it over night but he looked at it that day. He said it looked like the battery had recently been replaced, which he was totally right about, and that had created rust dust that mixed with water and caused the orange fluid drips.
