Honest. Fair. Absolutely love these guys. Been a customer for over 15 years!
Poor follow through with tenants. Often have to send multiple emails and requests to get a response on basic assistance. Maybe it’s not realistic to expect timely responses as a tenant, but, I can imagine how that would be nice.
