Great Customer Service from the Two guys at office “Eddy “in specific and the other gentleman with long hair. Technicians should be or pretend more friendly to customers . Other than that ? Good Alternative “instead of going to a dealership. I Wish they could sharp their pencils a bit in certain services or repairs. Also it is a very unstressed environment with this guys.
I want to say what a great experience. German Car Depot is exactly what I expect from a shop. I was greeted enthusiastically and received a thorough inspection report on my 2012 VW GTi. My service writer Eddie Silva found many issues, answered all my questions and addressed all concerns for my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with the issues that my vehicle has been experiencing.
