I took my car in on a Friday after receiving an emergent message not to shift gears. I need my car for work and I am in an especially busy time right now. They were able to get my car in and out With a decent amount of repairs by the end of day. Eddie was super cool and communicated well throughout the process.
Amazing service and just amazing ppl overall! They did what bmw dealership couldn’t do, I’m blown away. Not to mention as a women I felt like I was being taken care of and not taken for a run. I’m a lifelong customer now. I will be calling them when I buy my next vehicle to make sure it’s a make they service bc I’m not going anywhere else. Great price, fast and transparent service and they treat you like a friend.
Honest, Fair, and Incredibly Knowledgeable! I recently took my 2015 BMW to German Car Depot in Hollywood, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service.
