Dont use this title company for closinhs... way to slow and as they say only a 3 person show. Using there plant is better than using any of their other services.
We have used this company two times to close on property and both times they have dragged their feet. They are gone for days at a time and refuse to stay any later than their "regularly scheduled working hours" to complete a sale. Making money is definitely not a priority for these guys but luckily there is another title company that does fast efficient closing and is also in George West, Live Oak Title Company. Super smooth closing with very knowledgeable people. I would use them even if I didn't have property in their county.
