Dr. Dan Benson helped me get rid of chronic lower back pain. He taught me techniques that quickly relieved the pain, and thanks to the exercise program he recommended, I've been pain-free for two years now. I'm very grateful to him for his professional help.
I went to Forefront PT with a shoulder mobility issue and worked with Dr. Ethan Thompson. He was great in diagnosing the issue, creating a recovery plan, and explaining all the exercises and their benefits in detail as we went through them. Couldn't recommend Forefront enough. Easy to schedule appointments and change them as needed. Great experience!
Currently working with Jacob Mosco, about 3 weeks into my rehab. We are still working through my injury, but one thing I can stand by is the communication. He’s very easy to talk to and walks you through his thought process and he creates a very welcoming atmosphere. UPDATE: After around 3 months of sessions and consistent exercises at home (3-5 days) I was able to fix my knee issue to around 90%. All the PTs here are amazing! I highly recommend for ACLR prehab and rehab.
I started at Forefront as soon as possible after my full knee replacement at age 78 Dr Jake Mosko brought me back to nearly full mobility in 10 sessions with patience and skill. I highly recommend Dr Jake and Forefront after major surgery.
