Staff was very helpful, calming and assuring that they would be able to find answers for me.
I had a cryotherapy treatment for two spots, which resulted in an unexpected bill of $358.42. I returned for a necessary follow-up appointment as the initial treatment didn't fully resolve the issue. At check-in, I was informed that another equal charge would be billed for this follow-up. Given the high cost of the initial treatment, I chose to cancel the follow-up appointment immediately.
