Was very nervous when I first arrived, but when I spoke to the staff and doctor I was very comfortable. Very nice facility and I would recommend the doctor to anyone.
Dr Carrizales and his team were excellent at my first and follow-up visits: very caring, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough in answering questions and providing recommended plan for treatment. My visits were much better than my experience at Distinctive Dermatology with lack of info, new Rx they didn't even mention, and no written visit summary/ recommendations/ Rx descriptions.
Annual skin check went well. Was left in exam room for 30 min. Early morning appointment so shouldn’t have been delay.
Support staff are a bit unprofessional. Calling direct to the office is impossible
Very professional visit. Doctor Scott Carrizales, MD is an outstanding dermatologist and his guidance continues to be exceptional. Will continue to use sunscreen and lotions to keep my skin clean and clear. Will have a follow up appointment in November 2025.
