Office staff doesn’t know each doctor’s patient preferences. Wasted my time on an appointment for my daughter because Dr. Meccia doesn’t see babies.
1 star is entirely generous. Impertinent nurse. She was inconsiderate to our needs and lacked common professionalism. The only thing she did that was above average was being rude. We were on time, early in fact, and she said she's moved on to someone else. All the while, it was still BEFORE our scheduled appointment. We then had to wait for another nurse.
