The call center to schedule general appointments is outsourced so if you call to get something done such as injections for alopecia, for instance and you say the word injection, they cannot schedule you. You’re transferred over to the receptionist who never picks up. It just automatically goes to voicemail and if you leave a voicemail, they don’t return your car.
