Very professional, made me feel very comfortable with my check up and they are always nice and know their stuff.
Dr Noah Smith explained the procedure, was explaining as he proceeded with removal of Mohs, His assistant Julia was also great and explained what she was doing. During this whole procedure, both Dr. Smith and Julia asked how I was doing. Very professional, very good bedside manners and made me very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Bad follow up, bad patient care. Hard to get on the phone with someone in office. I have been waiting for a referral for 1 month. I was supposed to receive a biopsy as well, never happened. I still have not received a referral anywhere and I feel like I am going in circles. Was given steroids that didn’t help me.
