I like the providers/staff in this office. I have been seeing my specific doctor and PA for years, well before they partnered with Forefront. I don’t like when calling the office (after partnering with Forefront), my call is forwarded to a central call center. It is inconvenient for your patients. When I want to speak to my office it is because I have specific questions for them that a central call center cannot answer. My visit could not have been better. The doctor was thorough and courteous, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I actually look forward to my next yearly appointment.
You will get in and out of your appointment in 15 minutes. That’s the good news. The bad news is that I don’t think the examination is very thorough at all and for this reason, I will be finding a new dermatologist.
