I have been to Dr. Panzica's office a number of times in the past three years, and have found him to listen closely to my complaints and to diagnose my problems with expert care. I have called him at various times and found him to respond with professional advice. Maybe you might have caught him at a time when he had just reviewed a patient at the hospital that was in a serious situation and was feeling sympanthy and not responded as you would have liked.
