Possibly out of business. Haven't picked up the phone or returned a call in over a year. Impossible to get my service contract or warranty serviced from them.

I rated a one star for this company as we accepted a contract from them and the job was not completed according to this contract. What is lacking is the installation of intake and exhaust venting as well as removal of the old boiler. He promised to finish this. We have contacted Max Zamora numerous times and now 3 weeks later, we do not have a date on when the work will be completed. I may consider changing the review rating if they would complete the work.

My father is an elderly veteran. We initially called because he is having issues with his main line. This company came and ran the main line and they took my father's money. Witch he don't have much of and gave him a 30 day warranty. The main line backed up the next day, they said they would be back to check the line. They have never returned and ignore my father's calls on a daily basis. That was 2 weeks ago, I'm thinking they are ignoring him until the warranty runs out. I wanted to thank Max and Fore Gen Plumbing for being an honest, hardworking and reliable company. Once I saw that it was my main water line that needed to be replaced I was a bit worried. Then I met Max, and this is the first time I can say I had a reasonably pleasant plumbing experience and it was all thanks to Max and Fore Gen Plumbing.
