I contacted this plumber I described in detail the job. There was confusion on the cost and he was not able to make the first appointment but he rescheduled. It several weeks later & came back & did the job well. I would recommend him but ensure that there is no confusion in appointment times & dates!
I contacted this plumber I described in detail the job to install a MOEN sensor kitchen faucet replacement in my kitchen. He agreed to a price and he would be out the next morning between 10am-12noon. He finally showed u after 12 noon and looked at the faucet & said he would have to almost double the replacement cost. We were shocked but we had cleaned out the sink cabinet & already moved the heavy kitchen island for him to work so I reluctantly agreed to pay the almost double 3 digit amount. Called to have a faucet replaced and a drain in my basement unclogged. He was easy to get ahold of, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job. I found out he also does electric work and had him come back the next week to replace some electric outlets. Hopefully it will be a while before my house needs any more plumbing or electric work, but I know who to call now :)
