Bought a car from them 2 years ago. Salesman was fine but their sales manager never ever sent details/paperwork to me that he said he would. Went to renew deal a couple of weeks ago. Salesman I was booked in to see was off sick. Ended up seeing some other very unhelpful saleman. Clealry didn't want a sale or at least didn't want to help his off sick colleague. Terrible service. I booked online for car pickup and service via the official website with email confirmation. On the morning of the service, the car wasn't picked up at the expected time. On contacting fordthorne (they didn't contact me) the booking slot had been given to someone else, with the next availability not for another week. This seems totally unacceptable from a reputable brand like Ford. I'm now out of pocket and inconvenienced through no fault of my own.
Good service
Great service from this dealership. Needed a new gearbox & even though the 3 years was just up with warranty, they still covered it. All done alot sooner than first thought as well & Jamie on the service team is a Diamond
