Worst people, who don't care at all, they put a schedule, the guy who does job never calls, 2-4pm is the window yday, at 3pm when we call, guy says can come in 2hrs, never shows up, after 5pm, his phone does not work, office phone does not work, next day 9am I call them, they don't have a clue why he dint come, never ever choose them.

Terrible company with even worse customer service. My builder used Fords septic to install our septic system less than 3 years ago. The system backed up on July 2 so we had another company pump the septic tank and figure out what the problem was. Come to find out none of the pipe fittings were ever glued together, when they backfilled with dirt the fittings broke apart causing them to fill with dirt.
