If I could I would give 0 star , I called on a Saturday to set up a septic pump out for Thursday, they took my name, 2 phone numbers, and adress verified Thursday. Come Thursday I called them I was not on the list. They assured me they would be out that day and the driver would call me. No call I called back at 330 pm asking if they was comming , the girl on the phone said he should have already been there i waited all day for them. They did not return my call or show up... Reiterating what my spouse mentioned below as we still have yet to recieve a call back from the owner. Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional! Would never recommend this company. Terrible company with even worse customer service. My builder used Fords septic to install our septic system less than 3 years ago. The system backed up on July 2 so we had another company pump the septic tank and figure out what the problem was. Come to find out none of the pipe fittings were ever glued together, when they backfilled with dirt... read more
