New house, septic not working properly, just moved in. Ford has been contacted many times to come out and fix it. No Show, No Return Calls. Would not Recommend Ford Septic
If I could I would give 0 star , I called on a Saturday to set up a septic pump out for Thursday, they took my name, 2 phone numbers, and adress verified Thursday. Come Thursday I called them I was not on the list. They assured me they would be out that day and the driver would call me. No call I called back at 330 pm asking if they was comming , the girl on the phone said he should have already been there i waited all day for them. They did not return my call or show up... Customer service is NOT their strong suit.... I cal... read more
Thank you to this entire team who helped us on such short notice. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was informative, professional, and compassionate (especially with all of my questions)! Highly recommend this team!
They came to my house fast and finished in a timely manner and very nice guys that came out.
