As property managers, we have used Mr. Ford several times for heating and air conditioning issues and we've found him to be very responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced. He works hard to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly. With several homes to care for, it is so nice to have Billy Ford available to our business. He genuinely cares and is a very nice man who also is an excellent technician. Very honest and hard-working man. Highly recommended!
