I called chris and he fit us into his schedule that day which was late on a friday. checked out or fridge and ordered the part. fixed it the day the part came in. very reasonable price.
We had someone come out to fix our washer, it was broken worse than we anticipated. The tech couldn't have been at our home for more than 5 minutes and charged us 98$ to come to my house for 5 minutes and not fix anything. Not very happy, feeling like I got robbed.
