If anybody has a need for factory parts, I highly recommend fordpartsonsale.com. Despite the bargain basement name, this is a Ford Dealership in Rochester, NY. I needed a new trim piece for my steering wheel. My dealer was useless so I turned to the web. Found what I thought was the right part number and placed an order with fordpartsonsale.
