Worst experience ever. The cancel my order because the adress was in an rv park.
Its cool that they have the lowest prices on the internet, not cool is the next day they will send you an automated email saying its out of stock and your order has been cancelled. Fix your inventory issues to not show product you don't have if you you wont get it.
Ordered $400 dollar alternator, received destroyed. Tried multiple times to contact with no return # Received letter from postal service giving me a couple of days to prove damage. Long story short I took the loss and bought directly from Ford at dealership. This company is not in BBB most likely because of business practices. Save yourself money and buy elsewhere.
These guys shipped me an AC drier with one port uncapped, meaning the dessicant inside was ruined. I emailed them on July 2nd, provided all the photos they requested, and then they ghosted me. It's now August 7th, and it looks like I'm out a hundred bucks. Either scammers, or incompetents.
