When you buy a product from them they purposely put the white OEM sticker in the middle of the box so you have to cut it in half this way they don't have to do a return on it. This is shady business practice I will never buy anything from them again.

Be warned read online reviews. They are nothing more than a shell selling everyone's else's inventory. When they get it right the parts are qauilty ford oem. But they site is frequently wrong even with your Vin entered. You better make sure to do your own part number research. Then forget returns they run you through circles just like others say. Buyer beware. Their site will take you to a part that’s supposed to fit your vehicle, but doesn’t. And the kicker is that they won’t take the return.
