I will NEVER order from them again. Their website said the part fits my vehicle. I received the part and it did not fit my vehicle. I researched the correct part and their website said it does not fit my vehicle. Their return process is exactly that. A process. 20% restocking fee, you have to pay for shipping the incorrect part back, you have to notify them via email when you ship the part back or they can’t confirm your refund date. I will never order parts from them again.
Always searching for ford OEM online parts, I ran across this company, checked out their website and was surprised with the vast inventory they had and discounted prices. Looks like the main headquarters and orders is showing in Tucson Arizona and the distribution and fulfillment parts center is in El Monte Ca. I was even able to find some OEM parts that at a few other sites was listed discontinued because of the age of my vehicle. The worst company, truly a scam. Order new and they ship used. Try to get a refund and they stop responding if you manage to jump through all their hoops
This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever dealt with ordered two different parts that they both were online when you check the portal that they tell you to check for real time stock it showed it was available for overnight shipping so I paid $200 when only one part arrived, they claimed that it was not in stock never was and they won’t refund the overnight shipping fees. So now I have a truck tore apart on my lift banking on that. It was going to be here Worst service I’ve ever gotten for anything to do with Ford.
When you buy a product from them they purposely put the white OEM sticker in the middle of the box so you have to cut it in half this way they don't have to do a return on it. This is shady business practice I will never buy anything from them again.
