DON’T BUY FROM THEM! What a mistake. Sent old not good parts. Making every attempt to avoid return. Wasting two weeks time and still no resolution. Every time you email them the answers to their questions they ask you to prove something else.
I made and order, and when I got my package it was literally EMPTY, after dealing with them for 3 weeks I got an email saying that my order was approved to be resent, and then the next day one more email saying that my order was canceled, so I just wasted about 3 weeks just waiting
0 Stars — Absolutely Furious. Avoid This Company! I'm beyond disappointed — I’m furious. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I used their own VIN fitment tool on the website to confirm the part before ordering. It clearly showed the part was compatible with my vehicle. Well, it wasn’t. Absolutely not recommended if you want your parts overnight. The Overnight thing is a hoax. Don't spend premium on shipping (next day delivery), it will take 3 or more days before you see your overnight package.
I should have done my due diligence and researched this company before using them. They send me a completely different part from what I ordered. Yet, they won't help me. My part was $7.83 and almost $11 to ship a tiny plastic part. They won't accept returns on anything less than $8. So I am screwed out of almost $19, all because they sent me something other than what was ordered. Never AGAIN! I hope you guys go out of business!
