Attorney Christopher Paul Fordham is an awful lawyer he answers your calls before you pay him once you pay him its like trying to contact a ghost your case will never move forward you would do better having a real life cockroach represent you than him he takes your money , takes forever to file, then when its time for him to represent you he gets ghost and does not contact you and will NOT answer your calls or your emails I had to make a fake name and different phone number and pretend to act like I was a possible new client... read more
Used marble law for custody case and Chris was assigned. Seemed ok in the beginning but took almost 3 months to start the process with the courts. Recently on april 10th opposing party file documents which needed me to fill out. He sent me documents 3 months later after right before we had to appear in court for these missing documents. Its been over a year and half and still no court date and havent seen my kids in 4 months. We used Marble law service and Chris was assigned for our highly contentious and complicated custody case. Initially Chris was ok. After three months, he started not to return our calls and has no idea on what the strategy is for our upcoming court case. We quickly dropped him and found another lawyer that was nothing but stellar. I wouldn’t recommend Chris even if he was free. Bottom of the barrel, wouldn’t even call him a lawyer.
Chris was assigned to my divorce through Marble and however sounds knowledgeable on the phone his niece (assistant) is an unsympathetic nightmare to deal with and when it was all over Chris delivered our Proposed final judgement to the court a MONTH LATE (Due April 28 delivered May 27) which was AFTER the judge signed off on hers costing me money AND PUTTING ME ON THE HOOK FOR HER LEGAL FEES. TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT with me being the one to pay the price.
Oh Christopher Paul Fordham, my ex husband’s attorney. He filed my child support four months after agreeing to it and instantly pushed me into a delinquent status after he told me to pay my ex via Venmo just to ensure I was paying while he filed. Which he didn’t do until months later. The ex also said he could never get a hold of him, which aligns with my attorney saying the same thing. He showed up to court unprepared.
