Have been living here since September. Love the look of the apartments. Updated white cabinets and hardwood floor was what attracted me to move in. Staff has been very responsive and helpful. The manager, Theresa, is always available for help and provides quick turnaround.
Fordham Green is my home. I have lived here for over 15 years. My experiences here has been great!!! The property manager that treats you like family. She goes over and above to make you happy. The neighbors are wonderful.The property grounds are clean and beautiful. Even near the dumpster areas. I have to also give our maintenance team a thumbs up.
