This place has been nothing but issues/drama since we moved here. In the beginning we were promised a discount/promotion, but then upon signing the lease it was “too late” for us to qualify. Whatever. We get moved in and immediately begin dealing with the loudest neighbor/ceiling we’ve ever encountered. The noise/shaking coming from her unit literally knocked our sentimental items off the wall and broke them, caused our ceiling vents to unscrew and fall, and made us have to leave in order to study/work. The worst ever apartments in United states, we had flood almost every day in our apartment and basement that ruined all our stuff but management did not even pay attention even after several complaints we had to go through the inconvenience each day with kids.
Fordham Green Apartments is one of the best and safest places in Canton, with a 24-hour gym, a clean swimming pool, and awesome basketball/tennis courts. Theresa and Stephanie are very helpful with any request you have. 5⭐️ of course! Awesome neighborhood!
