One of the best places where I’ve rented. Theresa the property manager was always prompt and provided quality service, especially in times of need. Maintenance is communicative and also quick. Great community and area.
Theresa was so kind and helpful when I was looking to sign a short term lease at Fordham Green. The grounds were well-kept, the staff knew the residents by name, and the apartments were clean and updated.
Nice community and office staff. Maintenance is on point by addressing service requests in a timely manner. Fordham Green has a seasonal outdoor pool, playground and gas grilling area with a park like setting. Apartments have large storage room, central air conditioning, and patio/balcony. Common laundry in each building. Townhomes have central air conditioning and basement with in unit washer/dryer.
I LOVE living at Fordham Green. My unit is spacious and in good condition and we have had no issues while living here. The few times we have called maintenance, they came immediately which is awesome! Teresa is a great property manager and really tried to promote a sense of community within the complex with various events that they host. I’ve lived here several years and am still happy
