Very impressed with the service. We initially had Forden’s do an extensive inspection of a home we were in escrow to buy. They took detailed pictures, identifying issues and provided quotes for the repairs. I appreciated their professionalism and quality of the workmanship. I would recommend Forden’s Fireplace to anyone needing fireplace service or products. Thank you to all the team members.

I purchased my fireplace from Fordens 11 yrs ago and they have been taking good care of it ever since. They are always prompt ,very tidy and do great work !!!! My fireplace is like new because of their stellar service !!!!!

We had Forden’s come out to clean our gas fireplace, and they did an excellent job. The technicians were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. They identified a few minor repairs, including fixing some chipped paint, and were able to take care of them right on the spot, which was incredibly convenient. I can’t recommend Forden’s enough. I have worked with both the sales and service department for routine maintenance on my unit. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Particularly Nikki in the service department. She is an absolute gem. Give her a raise!
