The receptionists are always so lovely and helpful! I have only been to see the nurse Becky but she is also equally as amazing as the receptionists.
Always been very happy with the service I’ve received, never had an issue that they couldn’t resolve.
Always prompt and efficient
Terrible. I’m not sure the point of them having reception staff as they fail to help patients. I need an appointment, just look and the computer and give me one. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and online forms and tell my medical history to the receptionist just to be CONSIDERED for an appointment. An overhaul of Fordbridge Medical Centre is desperately needed.
Have been with this GP for 11+ years. Have had good and bad experiences over the years but i have to say recently they are fantastic. But that comes with the caveat that you must be able to navigate the online system. I have used the online communication tool to request bookings and test results, fit notes etc and usually get a response within MINUTES.
