Collaborating with Barbara to coordinate my "living room and bedroom makeover" was a wonderful experience. She was caring, efficient and professional. Our interactions allowed me to trust her recommendations as well as learn a great deal about interior design/selection. I am beyond pleased with my drapes and blinds. Barbara ended up helping me evaluate the motors, and not only did she assist, but we also discovered that they weren't even installed by her! She's a sweetheart who cares deeply about her business, and I truly admire her for it. Life can be complicated, and this serves as a reminder not to get worked up over the little things.
It was wonderful working with Barbara and this company. Barbara was helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us find the right style, material, and color for each room and respected our budget. She had great ideas for what was right for each room, listened well, and made wonderful recommendations. It was a speedy process, costs were clear, and installation was a breeze. Cesar, the installer, was great!! We would absolutely work with them again and recommend to anyone needing window treatments!
Barbara seemed very nice when selling me automatic window treatments, but after the motor broke, I received no warranty or support. Now she's not responding, making me question my initial assessment of her character.
