Dr. Ford is fantastic - she offered understanding and flexibility with booking. I'm Autistic / ADHD so I've been learning about my conditions and their comorbidities, one of them being most likely dysautonomia/dysmotility. I'm really glad I saw her, I do a lot of research on my own to educate myself, but it doesn't hold a candle to a specialist, especially one like Dr. Ford! I love how Dr. Ford is intentional when it comes to her clients' needs and always listens first and asks questions later.
Shady business. When I first went in, I asked if they took my insurance, they said yes. Months go by and they didn't submit my sessions to the insurance company. They said it was an error on their end. Then now they sent my non payment to a collection agency, WHICH is affecting my credit score. They need to remove my case from this agency.
