I have been a happy customer since 1998 and K.C. Ming's has been very good and keeps me returning to Tommie Vaughn Ford to get great service and we are returning to purchase new vehicles when needed. Megan has been helping with new vehicles as needed. Great place and everyone is very and friendly and helpful. Thanks for keeping great people that are very helpful.
Service department was not helpful over the phone. I was asking questions this morning about service costs and was hung up on. I wasn't being unfriendly or anything, I was just asking their availability.
