Perfect service experience. Joe Myers Ford told me to drop off my bronco this morning. I took off part of work and was there for my appointment to drop it off and had someone to pick me up. I get there and they said that I need to wait a week to drop it off because they don’t have the parts. Total waste of my time. I called Tommy Vaughn Ford and they told me to come on by. They got the recall fixed by the end of the day and even brought my vehicle back to my job. Next Ford I buy will be at Tommy Vaughn.
The staff was fantastic! They fixed my problem then I was on my way. The waiting area was very nice!
