Never ever again will I go back to Joe Cooper in Yukon, they have not fixed the issues I was having!! From a year ago I had my vehicle in there for cross traffic issue 18 days when I picked my vehicle up it smelled burnt badly, I've had problem after problem since, no more" I've had it" when I picked up my vehicle after the third time, it has grease prints all over inside door, and still has a lil smoking, that's why I brought it in.

I recently took my vehicle in to have my tailgate fixed and new tires installed. Unfortunately, my initial experience was very disappointing. The tailgate issue wasn’t actually resolved, and in the process of working on it, scratches were left behind. On top of that, I was given an oil change I hadn’t requested and left with a large bill. After speaking with the general manager, however, things turned around. He took accountability, provided excellent service, and made sure everything was corrected. Be careful booking appointments with the service center. I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up 5 minutes early and was told that they can’t do my oil change today and I’ll need to reschedule. No phone calls, no text no email, they waited until I showed up to my appointment to tell me I would need to reschedule. Unacceptable, guess my next car will have to come from a different dealership

Mr. Doug Smereck was the bestiest service provider...just for my simple complimentary oil change* He also had kind words to all of his fellow employees, as I listened in. I hope I sent this to the right spot!
