My Explorer was picked up via Mac Haik's valet service and returned after the service items were completed. My vehicle had a couple of Recall notices and the service department did an excellent job. Miriah Jackson was the Service Advisor and she did an excellent job in keeping me informed and communicating well. Valet service, Miriah Jackson and the service department did a super job.
I had repairs done to my Explorer due to a recall. Heidie, my service advisor, at Mac Haik Ford contacted me before I received the recall notice. She scheduled an appointment at my convivence, kept me informed and promptly returned my vehicle. Heidie was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process.
Service was great. Easy to set up. Jacob was also great to work with,
Roy Mann in the quick lane division was a big help when we took our vehicle in for routine maintenance and a new battery. Chad and the staff were efficient and courteous and got us in and out really fast. We will definitely go back.
