Came to Mac Haik Ford to get my Ford Transit van Serviced Due to mechanical issues. I always go to my service advisor Brett. He Makes certain all my vehicles are serviced and repaired as needed and makes me aware of the situation and the cost?
Shout out to Christopher Martinez, salesman, at MH Ford. Chris was very patient with me as we spent most of the afternoon navigating through my vehicle purchase. I am very pleased with my new truck. Thanks & great job done!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 Ford Bronco with Israel Martinez! The process was quick and smooth, and Israel was very thorough in walking me through everything. I appreciated his attention to detail and how easy he made the whole experience. Highly recommend Israel if you’re looking for your next vehicle!
Schedule a service repair weeks in advance. Drove 2 hrs., arrived at 7am, waited 2hrs. and 15 minutes only to be told all of the parts needed to repair my vehicle are on back order. You would think they could have at least made a courtesy call to reschedule prior to us driving 2 hrs for NOTHING!! Waited an additional 35 minutes just for them to return my vehicle to me. Ridiculous!! I am done with this place, dealership and service department.
Good work. Pleasant waiting area.
