Roy was awesome. It took over an hour for an oil change though even with an appt.
Walked in they helped me get the right part for my truck at the service department and I was oit fast service

Not good and a waste of time. We started taking it to Auto Nation, and it was a complete difference. They don’t inform you of anything, they always act like they don’t have time to do anything for you & that they are busy. This most recent time was the last time. It was as simple as our automatic break switch on our Explorer, that kept going off every time we’d place it in park. We made an appointment ahead of time to have this done along with an oil change.
