This service department somehow was able to find the most incompetent employees. A simple warranty for 2 damaged wires inside the back of a seat has somehow turned into “cause by an external influence” but they cannot describe how. Keep in mind the seat cover, pocket and nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing else inside the seat shows any kind of damage, just the 2 wires. Very rude employees, our company will no longer cooperate with this place, they said that we did not leave the car with them, although it stood in front of their door, not professionally, I advise you not to leave the car
