The service department has treated me with excellent care. They were able to match the price on tires, and even were cheaper after rebates from Ford and such. I never thought I would get a good deal on tires from a dealer. Ricky has also treated me very professionally as I’ve had various maintenance things done to my Mustang Mach-E GT Performance. After my previous experience a few years ago, I am surprised that I decided to give Parks Ford Service Department another chance. My previous issue that I was having concerned my Ford Edge latch. The service department didn’t know what the issue was exactly, but would be happy to replace the hydraulic portion of the door and the latch and try to realign the door because that may be the issue. I have not been to Parks Ford Service for over 5 years, and boy did they disappoint just like I remember. I had a scheduled appointment for 10/28 to fix my sunroof. After leaving three voicemails for Alex and requesting someone to get him on the phone to update me on my truck, he stated that the diagnostic had not been done yet. My truck had been with them the entire day. I asked him why the diagnostic had not been done, and he stated they never get done on the first day.
