I went in with a busted up front bumper. Instead of charging me $900+ to replace the bumper, they used tools in the shop to set it back into place and make sure I could drive safely. Only cost $150.
Excellent service
While working through transmission issues and finding a dealership who truly cares about customer service can be difficult, I will say that the Columbia MO Joe Machines Ford team is top tier! While we are still working through the struggles on my vehicle they’ve kept me updated, have provided clear communication and more! Leadership should be proud, they have a great team!
