Super friendly, got my small issues in and fixed extremely fast even though they seemed swamped with others. Can't stress enough how friendly and helpful everybody is. Yeah, they'll try to upsell tires but it's friendly, not pushy or annoying like other places I've been. Great staff. That said, my oil level warning got reset after they fixed a separate issue. None of my other dashboard settings were reset/changed. I'm really hoping this was a software fluke because every other aspect was wonderful.
I want to start by saying my experience with the sales side at Machens Ford has been great — they’ve always been helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the service department is a different story. I scheduled an appointment to have my F-150’s rough idle looked at and made it clear that I’d be waiting while the work was done. I have tried to contact them for service, repairs, and recalls multiple times. I have left several messages with people and voicemail. I have yet to get an appointment or talk to anyone who can help. I’m so frustrated I am thinking about trading in my vehicle and going with a new car and never having to deal with Machens again!
Mike “With the funny last name” M, and the rest of the service employees have gone above and beyond for me all weekend. I brought my bronco in for some recall work, the work wasn’t finished same day due to an issue out of their control but instead of leaving me stranded Mike stayed after hours to help me and got me into a loner vehicle today while they finished my repairs. I had a scheduled appointment to have a repair done a day after the devastating hacker attack. I didn’t know it had happened and I pull up and they explained the problem and what work they could do and couldn’t do at that point. They completed the work they could quickly and we rescheduled the other work. The second trip was great as well! The service tech was very patient and communicated well what would be done and when it would be completed. During a stressful time they were even more helpful and kind. That means a lot!
