The Mobile Service is incredible; I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and recall completed within an hour at the comfort of my home
Tried calling several times to schedule a service appointment with no answer.
I brought my 2023 expedition in on Thursday January 23rd, 2025 for maintenance and a flat tire. Well, they rotated my tires and what was the flat back tire turned into a flat front tire. Took the car back and was told by Aaron I ran over another nail and they couldn't DOT approve patch my tire but they did fix the flat when I said they left the nail in the tire, aired it up and mounted it back on the vehicle.
