⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience working with both Chase Paulson at Ford Sacramento and Kathy Burrage. Chase was very knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire process smooth and easy. Kathy was extremely kind, professional, and hardworking—she made sure everything was handled properly and on time. I truly appreciate their support and excellent customer service. Highly recommend both of them!

I can’t say enough about the service I received at future ford of Sacramento! My truck had been down for 4 weeks at Corning ford for a warranty transmission issue that was not getting resolved. Started calling dealers south of me, and got Jose at Future ford and he assured me they would get it in and taken care of! I towed it to Sacramento and low and behold the service was the best I’ve ever received from a dealership. Craig at Future Ford of Sacramento provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process of getting my car battery issue fixed. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I also really appreciated the convenience of being given a ride back and forth from the shop to my home. First I was greeted by no service person as I drove up and had to go inside. Second I was told that it would take 2.5 hours to change one tire. Third I paid 286$ for one tire and that’s for a typical tire both g special! They put my spare tire back without the blue cone that holds it in place and did not air up all the tires!! I would expect better service from a dealership. Hope someone read this and takes these comments into consideration..
