⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience working with both Chase Paulson at Ford Sacramento and Kathy Burrage. Chase was very knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire process smooth and easy. Kathy was extremely kind, professional, and hardworking—she made sure everything was handled properly and on time. I truly appreciate their support and excellent customer service. Highly recommend both of them!
I originally went to this Ford service location for a simple oil change. However, because this was my second oil change, I wanted to have an inspection of my windshield reservoir. After my first oil change, a Ford service technician stated that my windshield wiper reservoir could possibly have a hole in it. I was perplexed because I purchased the automobile brand new. I can’t say enough about the service I received at future ford of Sacramento! My truck had been down for 4 weeks at Corning ford for a warranty transmission issue that was not getting resolved. Started calling dealers south of me, and got Jose at Future ford and he assured me they would get it in and taken care of! In July 2025, I had the transmission replaced on my Ford C-Max Energi, and problems arose immediately! The entire subframe had been left unfastened and was rattling; I’m not a mechanic, so I didn't notice this until I had driven 1,000 miles. After I complained, the shop tightened the subframe, but the noise persisted, so I went back to have them fix their shoddy work!
