Always amazing service! Just got my new ford escape. Love the new car! I’ve been going here for more than 15 years and it’s always been an easy process!
This place makes things happen but never trust them, they will take your money in a heartbeat and ignore you after. Bought a 2024 car with the gold certificate,(I wonder who’s certifying them) car had a recall, dealer takes it back for repairs then brings it back with quarter panel paint damage, ignored me after. No loyalty, I would expect them to care more after being a customer that bought a GT500, GT 350, Two Raptors, F250,Bronco, sent friends and they screw me over on a base model mustang when I let off my guard.
I'm really disappointed with the overall customer service I experienced last week. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like I had to with this Future Ford location. The employees are very nonchalant with customers because they feel like they get enough business so they don't care about that one customer David was my representative when I arrived. Brought my truck into Ford Sacramento to fix a tail light, oil change, and break inspection. The parts and service department made everything so convenient and easy. They got the part in within 24 hours and fit me in next day. Tayvon was efficient and super helpful. Thank you for making my experience flawless.
I took my new to me Explorer to Future Ford Sacramento on Madison ave. for my first service. My service advisor Tayvon was great, helped me through the process non hurried and thorough, showing me my options and helping me schedule my appointment.
