Being stranded on a dark road waiting for Triple A tow service that wasn’t even available was very frustrating. I contacted Darrell Gross at LFT and he was ultra prompt, professional and more than reasonably priced. He got me to a business that was luckily still open and made sure I was able get the service I needed. Darrell Gross is a gem and a great asset to your business. Thanks you so much Darrell!

My Wife and I were in the area for a dog sport event when our AC suddenly went out during our drive on 09/04/2025. An appointment was able to be made next day after being turned away from 6 different places on the drive from the STL area to Hays. Once we arrived for the appointment, Colton was more than accommodating to our needs, as we were traveling with our dogs. Came in for standard service of F150 plus repair per factory recall. Work was done quickly and we were informed of what was done. Very good polite service

The only issue I had was that I had made my appointment online on the website. I received conformation of the date/time and also received reminders 2-3 times prior to the scheduled time. When I arrived on scheduled date/time I was told that I was not on their calendar. I was told that the online appointments lagged behind some. I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior. However, they made room for me and got my car serviced, just took a little longer. Maybe a checkup on the website/computer link is needed?
