Came in for standard service of F150 plus repair per factory recall. Work was done quickly and we were informed of what was done. Very good polite service
The only issue I had was that I had made my appointment online on the website. I received conformation of the date/time and also received reminders 2-3 times prior to the scheduled time. When I arrived on scheduled date/time I was told that I was not on their calendar. I was told that the online appointments lagged behind some. I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior. However, they made room for me and got my car serviced, just took a little longer. Maybe a checkup on the website/computer link is needed?
The guys in service always do a great job.
The men in the service dept. are always very courteous and helpful. One of the problems was solved and the other one is above my budget right now. So will have to wait awhile.
